United Kingdom
The market our engineering standards come from, and the one where our credentials are most directly legible.
Why this market matters to us
Our technical director trained and qualified in the United Kingdom, worked in the UK consultancy sector on offshore, nuclear and power projects, and holds Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
The verification culture of that market — where analysis is read by a certifying authority, an insurer and the client's own reviewer — is the standard IDAC still works to. UK clients therefore do not have to take our review process on trust; the credentials behind it are ones they already recognise.
How delivery works
Work is delivered from Pune. There is no UK office, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
In practice, the working day overlaps substantially with UK hours through the UK morning and early afternoon, which is sufficient for live review sessions and design coordination. Where a project requires a UK-based signatory or statutory representation, we say so at enquiry.
The commercial case
For UK clients the cost differential is the most visible benefit, but it is not the one we would lead with. The more useful argument is that you get analysis produced to UK review standards without carrying the fixed cost of a UK analysis team you may only need intermittently.
