What you send us is commercially sensitive and sometimes export-controlled. Here is how it is handled, and what you own at the end.
Intellectual property
Work produced for you belongs to you. Models, drawings, calculations and reports created under an engagement transfer to the client, and we do not reuse client-specific design content on other engagements.
What we retain is general engineering knowledge and our own methods, templates and tooling — the things that are ours before your project starts. That distinction is written into the engagement rather than left to interpretation.
Confidentiality
Non-disclosure agreements are executed before technical data is exchanged. We will work under your NDA rather than insisting on ours, and we do not treat an NDA as a formality to be signed and filed.
Client names and project details are not published without permission — which is why several of the strongest items in our project record appear on this site described by sector rather than by client.
Access and handling
We are able to complete client vendor-security questionnaires and can discuss specific requirements — including data residency and restricted-access arrangements — at the scoping stage of any engagement.
