Your work gets reviewed
At most design offices, work is checked for errors and issued. Here it is reviewed — by an engineer who asks why you chose that boundary condition, where the material data came from, and whether the code clause you applied is the right one.
This is uncomfortable in your first months. It is also the single fastest way to become good, and it is the reason engineers who leave here are taken seriously elsewhere.
You see the whole problem
In a large engineering organisation, a graduate engineer might spend two years producing isometrics without ever learning why the line was routed that way.
At our scale that does not happen. You sit next to the analysis team, you attend the model review, and you find out what happened to the design you worked on. It is a smaller organisation and the trade-off is real — fewer resources, more visibility.
The practice is being built now
Our Plant 3D practice is new. Joining now means shaping the standards and the way of working rather than inheriting someone else's decisions.
That also means some things are unfinished, and we would rather say so. If you need a fully mature system to work inside, this is the wrong time to join. If you would rather help build it, this is exactly the right one.
