Request a scoped quote.
Scoped packages are fixed price against a defined deliverable. To quote accurately we need a few things.
For an analysis study, send:
Email these to info@idacindia.co.in:
- Geometry — a model, a drawing, or a dimensioned sketch
- The load case, operating condition or event to be assessed
- The code or standard you need it assessed against
- Material specification, if it is fixed
- What decision the result feeds into, and by when
- Any prior analysis or test data
For a design package, send:
Email these to info@idacindia.co.in:
- Process basis — P&IDs, flow rates, operating conditions
- Site constraints — plot area, access, existing structures
- Equipment list and vendor data where available
- Deliverable list and format required
- Governing codes and client specifications
- Programme dates and any fixed milestones
If you do not have all of that
Send what you have. Most enquiries arrive incomplete and that is normal — part of our response is telling you what else the study needs.
What we will not do is quote a price against an undefined scope and then raise variations later. If the scope cannot be fixed, we will say so and propose a time-and-materials basis instead.
