Seven disciplines. One review standard.

Analysis and design delivered as scoped, fixed-price packages — finite element and flow simulation, structural and piping design, and our newest line, full Plant 3D design. Every deliverable is checked before it leaves Pune, not just modelled.

Reviewed under a Chartered Engineer and NAFEMS Professional Simulation Engineer Assessor — one of a small number of engineers NAFEMS trusts to assess simulation competence in others. More on our technical leadership

Finite element analysis

We assess how a component or structure behaves under load — static, thermal, fatigue, or a combination of all three — using ANSYS, and report findings against the applicable code rather than handing over a bare simulation output.

Typical outputs: stress and deflection reports, fatigue and fracture assessment, code-compliance calculation packs, design-change recommendations.

Computational fluid dynamics

We model how fluids and gases actually move through a system — pressure drop, temperature distribution, mixing efficiency — using ANSYS, to catch a performance problem before fabrication rather than after commissioning.

Typical outputs: pressure drop and velocity profiles, thermal performance reports, design optimisation recommendations.

Structural design and optimisation

Platforms, skids, supports and lifting structures, sized to international structural codes and refined through analysis-led optimisation rather than rule-of-thumb margins.

Typical outputs: structural calculation packages, general arrangement drawings, material take-offs.

Piping design and engineering

Layout, routing and support design that a fabricator can build from directly — coordinated with equipment and structural design from the outset, not bolted on afterward.

Typical outputs: piping general arrangements, isometrics, bills of material, support schedules.

Plant 3D design

Our newest line takes a plant from plot plan to issued isometric — full 3D models, coordinated clash checks and structural steel detailing, held to the same review standard as every calculation we produce.

Typical outputs: 3D plant models, clash reports, isometrics and general arrangements, steel detailing packages.

Vibration engineering

Rotating equipment, structural assemblies and piping systems assessed for natural frequency, forced response and fatigue life, to find a resonance risk before it finds you on site.

Typical outputs: modal analysis reports, harmonic response assessment, vibration mitigation recommendations.

Explicit dynamics

Drop, impact, blast and penetration events modelled in ANSYS, for the safety-critical loading cases that standard static analysis isn't built to capture.

Typical outputs: impact and drop-test simulation reports, blast and penetration assessment, design substantiation for safety cases.
