Kothrud is an established engineering and IT district in western Pune, adjacent to the Lohia Jain IT Park. Pune itself is one of India's principal engineering centres, which is what makes the recruitment model behind our ODC work viable.

Our standard working day overlaps usefully with most client regions:

- Middle East — near-full overlap
- Southeast and East Asia — full morning overlap
- North America — limited live overlap; engagements run on a handover model
