We recruit continuously across analysis and design as the practice grows. Register and we will contact you when something matches.
We are expanding across finite element and CFD analysis, structural and piping design, the Plant 3D practice, and the business development and HR teams that support them. Roles open at fresher, mid and lead level throughout the year.
Registering is not an application to a specific role, and we will not pass your details to anyone else. When something opens that matches your discipline and level, we contact you directly.
If you are a student or recent graduate, register anyway — we run structured training and would rather meet good people early.
How to register
Email info@idacindia.co.in with the subject line "Talent network", and include:
- Your CV
- Your discipline and years of experience
- The software and codes you have worked with
- One paragraph on the most interesting thing you have designed or analysed
- Your notice period and location preference
